Known for their open-minded musical approach, the “Intis’ ” music is wedded in the indigenous cultures of Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Argentina. For 40 years Inti-Illimani has combined the sounds of more than 30 wind, string and percussion instruments creating instrumentals and vocals that capture the sacred places, daily lives, loves and pains that weave an extraordinary, cultural mural.
